This plugin has only been tested with Final Cut Pro 10.6.5+ so it is unknown if it will work with earlier versions.

Installation Instructions:

To install Glow Picture in Picture Pro, simply drag the uncompressed folder "iTechnically Glow PiP" into Movies > Motion Templates > Effects.

Simply apply the effect as you so desire!
